Has anyone been to see this? If you have then post about it in here I wish I could go but it's a bit difficult when I live up in Scotland and a tad broke I've read plenty of good reviews, which makes me wish I could see it (and David) all the more...

I *REALLY* want to go see it, but it's still difficult from Leeds When i went to see Eddie Izzard, there were posters advertising it everywhere and it made me sad... ...and very excitable...so many piccies of David!! ;D

So you are from Leeds RmR! I went by train from Leeds to London on 1st of January mainly to see DM! Train fare was quite cheap, also stay in my hostel in London. And the good tickets for the play are also quite cheap and are so easily to order! Hey girls - you live in Britain, I came over from Germany to see him - and it was absolute worth it. He was just brillant and so nice at the stage door!

Saw the play - it was brilliant. David was on stage for the entirety of the play, and was excellent. I went on closing night, and Colin Firth, Andy Serkis and David Tennant were in the audience. Quite a night!

my head would explode having all of them in the same room, lol Well, considering that they would in all likelihood be seated close to the stage and I inevitably would be in the cheap seats, I could probably cope, all told. Though I've met enough individuals of varying renown to be somewhat jaded by the experience, since they're almost invariably far less interesting in person than you could ever imagine, plus given how many fannish demands on their time already exist, I'd rather indicate my esteem by staying at a quasi-respectful distance...but that's just me. I also know that these people wouldn't have the careers that they do if it wasn't for the fans, so that's a sort of six-of-one, half dozen t'other dealy-oh there. Still, feel free to cease and desist saying how gosh-darned nice Mr. Morrissey is, if you wouldn't mind. I sooo don't need to hear that, dammit!

I've had some of those same jaded experiences but I have to say the British actors that I've been fortunate enough to meet have been extremely lovely and gracious.

I was on the 3rd of January - together with WhiteRose- in the theatre. Well, we didn't meet any other celebs, but had a nice chat at the "stage door" with DM and Stephen Mackintosh and Kira Sternbach. They were all very nice to us, despite of being tired after two performances that day! And I made a short video of the play, which is on YT: www.youtube.com/watch?v=24HOUdgYlAY... I never saw any other two-character-play that impressive!!! DM hooked me forever!

Just because the play's over, that doesn't mean I can't post some rehearsal photos I happened across, right? AW. Once again, just AW. (Oh, and RAWR at Teh Scruffy goodness.)
